I am here in Summit County, waiting for CGB and Notsoflash to arrive. Ran one of my favorite trails today, feeling the altitude and the exhileration. Life is good... and dry.
We are former training partners, now living in different parts of the US. One of us runs marathons, another is a duathlete, and the third is a former NCAA sprinter. We're average guys with families and full-time jobs that don't involve running. In 2008 we set a modest goal: a nineteen minute 5K on or before December 31, 2008. This year we are on to new challenges. This is the place where we encourage each other, hold each other accountable, talk a little trash, and share our conceits.
