I plan to back off the speed work for a while, take a break from race preparation, and just accumulate base miles for the next few weeks. My stats follow, from the final week pre-target race.

Wednesday PM: ride time trial
Thursday: run 4m
Friday: run 5k
Saturday: race 5k (19:51)
